Web Marketing and Technical Support Specialist
We currently have an opening for an energetic Web Marketing and Technical Support Specialist, possessing outstanding communication skills.
The successful candidate:
. Should be very familiar with PPC, Paid Search, SEO, SEM, CPC, Web Analytics, PPC Director, search marketing, and cost per click.
. Should be competent in explaining the technicalities of our software / web solution to our users.
. Will provide API integration assistance and consulting.
. Will handle pre-sales and post-sales and will work closely with our developers and customers to resolve and help with technical issues.
. Will be trained on how to manage Google campaigns.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years experience of the following:
- PPC on enterprise-level accounts/clients.
- Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter/Bing.
- Client-facing.
- Adwords Editor and MSN Desktop.
- Web analytics, Bid Management tools, and reporting.
Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of offering technical support to customers.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Able to communicate sophisticated concepts simply.
Must be highly motivated and organized.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Native English
Compensation:
Base + annual bonus, if applicable.
